About the Faculty

David W. Henry Esq.
David is a litigation attorney for Allen Dyer Doppelt Milbrath & Gilchrist, P.A., in Orlando. He practices in the area of professional liability litigation and intellectual property. Outside his litigation practice, David is a convention speaker and educator for insurance industry organizations, insurers, agents and brokers.

Jonathan J. Persky, CPA, CIC, PHR
Jon is the president of Optimum Performance Solutions, LLC, a management consulting company for independent agencies, and has held positions as controller, chief financial officer, and personnel director with other firms. He has also been the vice president of operations of a law firm and holds an MBA in finance. Jon is the author of The Academy studies Maximizing Agency Value II and Managing Human Resources in an Insurance Agency.

W. Mark Landers, CIC, CPCU, ARM
Mark is vice president/managing director of J. Smith Lanier & Co., the 35th largest broker in the US. He has specialized for the last 18 years in healthcare and professional liability risks, dealing with the risk and insurance programs of hundreds of physician groups, and over 100 hospitals. Mark has worked as a producer and manager since 1979, and has presented to over 10,000 participants in 40 states on risk and insurance issues related to healthcare and insurance certification.

Bruno P. Falvo, CIC, CPCU, ARP
Bruno has spoken at several state and national conventions and has been a contributing author for a number of industry publications. He is involved in the development of the IIAANY’s Agency Management MASTER certificate and IIA’s ACSR Programs. Prior to training and consulting, Bruno was a principal in a medium-size agency and served as vice president and general manager of a cluster group.
