Your participation in the "Partners" Program of the Professional
Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois will be a valuable asset
to your company. You will develop a more thorough understanding of
the regulatory and legislative process that impact our industry.
As a "Partners" member you will:
Receive timely information regarding legislative and Department of
Insurance regulatory enactments that effect how your company operates
and ultimately your bottom line.
Have the opportunity to develop a political grassroots system with
your company personnel that will have an impact on local candidates
and the Illinois General Assembly.
Participate in the Industry Legislative Day at the State Capitol
and legislative events in the districts.
Hear from a variety of speakers including key State Legislators and
regulators on issues impacting your company.
All insurers and insurance-related associations who join PIIAI at any affiliate membership level are automatically a member of our Partners Committee. As a member the company representative designated to the Partners Committee will be added to our Association Brief list,
and will receive the PIIAI Legislative Tracking Report which keeps track of bills
pertinent to the insurance industry.
