The DriveTest™
The DriveTest™ was developed based on a review of the previous 80 years of research in the traits that lead to sales success, as well as extensive interviews with sales managers and top salespeople. The DriveTest™ is the only sales test available that measures all three elements of Drive (Need for Achievement, Competitiveness, and Optimism), and adds them up to a total Drive score, showing you whether your candidate has the potential to be a top producer.
This feature makes the DriveTest™ a powerful screening tool, saving you time by making sure you interview only high-potential candidates. The DriveTest's™ focus on Drive makes it especially useful when you need to hire a "hunter" to find and close new accounts. How The DriveTest™ works: Candidates take the DriveTest™ online at their convenience. When they are finished, you receive results within one business day. As an example, consider these two candidates.
Comparison: Clearly, Candidate A shows the Drive to move to the next stage in your hiring process. Candidate B, however, presents the classic sales manager’s dilemma. Although Candidate B is very likeable, and full of optimism, he lacks the ambition and competitive edge to be a top producer.
