Deadlines:
All ads and ad contracts are due the 1st of the month prior to the month
of publication in which you want your ad to appear. You may obtain space

Cancellations:
Full payment is required in the event of a cancellation of any insertion
order, unless cancellation is received 60 days prior to publication deadline,
which is the 1st of the month preceding the month of publication in which
the advertisement is to appear.

Acceptable formats
include, but are not limited to: Quark Xpress, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe
Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, EPS, TIFF or TIF, and JPEG.
Additional formats must be approved prior to publication deadline. Please
do not e-mail any artwork without prior notification.
All advertising
is subject to acceptance as to character, layout, text and illustration.
