A few things you should know...

Website Hosting

If your agency has an existing website, PIIAI can save you literally hundreds of dollars in your annual hosting fees. All you need to do is transfer your agency's website from its current server and have it hosted through a unique partnership with EOS, Inc. Our staff will assist you in transferring your website if needed. For more information, view our online web development form.

Marketing Your Website

PIIAI is supplying you with a website and/or hosting, but it is to your benefit to market your website. Be sure to include your web address on all agency print materials, including business cards, stationery, and brochures. You may also want to register your website on various search engines. (EOS, Inc. has registration services available. Contact EOS at (800) 261-6006 or (217) 241-6006, for fee schedule and additional information).

Web-Based E-mail

If you select to use one of the website templates, you will automatically receive one free e-mail address (additional e-mail addresses are available at a cost). You have the option of downloading directly into your e-mail program (i.e. through Outlook Express, Netscape, MS Internet Mail, Eudora, etc.), or viewing your e-mail web-based (or both). The special web-based feature allows you to view your e-mail from any remote location with Internet access. You will need to contact either EOS at (800) 261-6006 or Rachel Vose at (800) 628-6436, ext. 3024 for your specific login information.
