To be eligible for the PIIAI Scholarship Program, students must meet the following criteria:

• be a resident of Illinois (Kane & DuPage recipients must be a resident of their respective counties)
• have junior or senior status in college
• be in a business degree program with an interest in insurance
• be a full-time student
• have a letter of recommendation from a PIIAI sponsor (current member in good standing or a retired member) Note: If student does not have a PIIAI sponsor, one will be appointed and an interview scheduled.

Three scholarships will be made available to qualifying students for the 2008-2009 school year.

• The IIAKC Scholarship will be awarded at $500 per year.
• The Keith Payne Memorial Scholarship will be awarded at $500 per semester.
• The DuPage County Scholarship will be awarded at $500 a semester.
• The Roy & Harriet Robinson Scholarship will be awarded at $500 per semester.
• The GA Mavon Scholarship will be awarded at at $1,000 per semester.

  All applications must be postmarked by July 1, 2008. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. For a copy of the application:
